Basketball: Final Session - Tim

Our Final Basketball Session went well. We did our Usually warm-up, then we went onto playing an actual Basketball Game. After the basketball game we played Golden Child. Which One team shoot and try and get it in the hoop while the other team, one person run until the other team gets a shoot and that persons stops. Then After the person goes. If the person can go all the way then they are safe. When it comes up to the last person, that last person is Golden Child where they run and when they pass the person that stopped, that person follows them to the end. While the other team hurry and rush to get the golden child and the other person following them out. We played that until our time was up. I really enjoyed the basketball session. I get a shoot in the hoop and I got the chance of being Golden child. 

Cross Country: Fun Run Sponsor - Tim

Cross Country: Fun Run 

Today Rooms 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12went down to Dunkirk Reserve to hold the Panmure Bridge School: Fun Run, Cross Country. We went down and sat down. We had to wait for awhile. Then first up was the Year 1. All the students got so excited because the Cross Country was going to start. First went up the Year 1 girls. When Mrs Kirkpatrick clapped the blocks it started, everyone started cheering and encouraging the Year 1 girls to go faster. Then it was time for the Year 1 Boys. They also did the same thing. The cheering was so loud. Then it went onwards. Now it was the Year 8 boys turn. I was so nervous but I just had to do it, and try my best. Okay the blocks clapped and I felt this adrenaline kick made me run so fast, but the boys ran faster than me. Well at least I did better than last year, and I was so proud of my self for running and taking part.

Hockey Experience (W4 T3) - Tim

Hockey: 

Today we did hockey and there were only little room 5 people, and room 7 was with us. There were only little people because a lot of people went to NetBall, and we had room 7 because Room 7 teacher had to go with the netball people. So in hockey we first played a old school game called Snook. Where the taggers have to be the snooks with their arms in the air, and you can't run you have to speed walk and when you tag the person you have to put your hand on their head and say 'honk'. Then after we played another game where we had to be in a square and try to take another people's hockey balls outside of the square the last one standing is the King/Queen of the square, after that we played 3 more rounds of the game. Then we had to try and make cool tricks with the hockey ball. 

Oh S'Mar did a cool trick called around the world. Then we played the game where we had to run around the goal and play, Lydia (Hockey Coach) have to say 2 and 2 people have to run around the goal and play, this time we played outside on the court because it was sunny.

Hockey: 

Today we did hockey. We first played a game of stuck in the mud. Then after we had to get into partners to learn a few tricks about Hockey. My partner was Tiare. We had to pass it to each other from the end of the hall. After we played the game where we have to run around the goal and play hockey, I luckily didn't fall, it was a pretty fun game, I can't wait for our session next week

Today Hockey was really good. We first started off with bull rush, and then we played another game of bull rush and then we played again but Hockey style. Then we continued with our juggling. After that we did the run around the goal game, I tripped and stormed off. Then I didn't take part further on
